April 1998 - Some Garden Additions
Four Garden Newcomers
The iris and the phlox (pictured top left and right) were acquired at a recent plant sale at Leu Gardens in Orlando. The other two plants pictured were obtained from local nurseries. None of the four have actually been planted in the garden as yet (April 1, 1998). Hopefully, the iris, a Florida native iris, will thrive in an open area and spread. The yesterday, today and tomorrow plant (for which just two days are pictured) will be left as a potted plant.
