Fall Aster Flowers
Our firespike plant has done much better since we removed it from a pot and planted it in the ground this year. It is now in a part-shade location under a laurel oak tree. Flower spikes began to appear toward the end of August and continued to be present all through September.
Some asters planted last year are looking good again this fall.
